Today’s prompt is candy. Caramel Creams were created by Goetze’s Candy Company in 1918 and are described as “a caramel jacket with a pure sugar cream center,” which in my opinion complement each other wonderfully. Sometimes they are called Bulls Eyes simply because of their target-like appearance.
Caramel Creams have been one of my all-time favorites ever since I was a child; they seemed so decadent back then. Like many products with staying power, Caramel Creams have been “reinvented” with other flavors and variations of chocolate, strawberry, etc., but I like the good old original.
